Where’s the outrage for “Triple Dipper” Denis "Mr Burns" Bilodeaud who cashes in taxpayer checks from:

2. The City of Orange
3. The Orange County Water District

There is a river of taxpayer dollars flowing into Bilodeau’s pocket.
Oh yeah, and like Dumitru, he has healthcare benefits at his taxpayer funded job, but – like Dumitru – he goes to City Hall each month to ask for cash for his city healthcare benefits.
Saavadra had a chance to blow this whole story up, but instead got distracted over the Cavecche non-story.
Good thing Saavedra didn’t cover the Bell scandal. He would’ve gone after Councilman Lorenzo Velez for a $8 lunch expense check and ignore the river of dirty money that the other council members were bathing in.
